Seafood - a wide selection of lobsters, crabs, prawns and fish are available throughout the year, try the following fish - cooked as per your request - grilled , charbroiled , steamed or pan fried.

Seafood Dishes: Lapu - Lapu (Grouper) , Blue Marlin or Tanigue. ; Kilawin-fresh raw fish , marinated in spicy vinegar.

Other Dishes: Lumpia, Pancit,.Lechon, Chicken/Pork Adobo, Bagoong, Chicharon, Beef Caldereta, Bangus, Sinigang, Beef tapa, Kangkong, Balot.

Deserts: Leche flan, Langka, Halo-halo,
